Voice of Aim is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), established in March 2019 by Ms. Rinki, Special Educator and Social Worker, in a small city situated on the banks of holy river Saryu – Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, is registered under The Societies Registration Act, 1860 and by National Institution for Transforming India, better known as NITI Aayog.
Voice of Aim is focused on providing livelihood to the people with various disabilities, like Orthopaedic Impairment, Hearing and Speech Impairment, Visual Impairment and Intellectual Disability, etc. by facilitating various PWD activities like training to play Musical Instruments, Yoga Camps, etc. and organizing Vocational study camps to promote rehabilitation and economic independency and make them self reliant through enhancing physical and functional skill development, consistently.
Our mission is to identify the person with disabilities at an early stage. And working with them closely is securing their livelihood. We will be informed and guided by all the needs of people with disability who are further marginalized by poverty and gender Inequalities to empower visually impaired, disabled and underprivileged people through developmental initiatives focusing on educational, social, economic, cultural and technological aspects.
Our vision is of a world in which differently abled people are an integral part of the society participating in the community and living life to the fullest with equitable access to opportunity and services. Who facilitate, nature and support opportunity for the leadership and greater involvement of people with disability in discussion making regarding their on live and the processes with in there community, an inclusive society free from discrimination where persons with disability become contributing members living with dignity and respect.
To promote economic independent rehabilitation of people with different abilities through enhancing physical and functional competencies and skill development to develop functionable resources for invention early identification and intervention integrated education employment recreation, respite care and other needs in the community for partnership with disabled persons. Their families and community.
